What Happens After You Book
- You get a written confirmation with the vehicle class, the chauffeur assignment and the fare you agreed. Nothing changes after the fact.
- On airport arrivals we watch the flight. If you land early or late, the pickup moves with you — you do not need to call. Sixty minutes' complimentary wait on domestic arrivals, ninety on international, timed from actual landing.
- Your card is charged after the trip, not when you book, so the final amount reflects anything you added on the day.
- Corporate accounts do not book this way. If your company wants invoiced billing with cost-code breakdown, start on the corporate page instead.
Booking a Route We Have Not Published?
Our rate card covers the airports and the towns we run most. Suburb-to-suburb work, longer trips and multi-day bookings are priced the same way — all-inclusive, quoted before you commit — and the booking system above will return a fare for those too.
Charter and hourly work carries a three-hour minimum. Multi-day trips are quoted at a daily rate covering a set block of chauffeur hours, with travel expenses billed at cost.
