Wedding days rarely run exactly to schedule, and transportation is usually the piece that exposes it. We work from your real day-of timeline — ceremony, photo location, reception — rather than a fixed pickup window, so a delay upstream does not become a scramble downstream.
Multi-stop routes are planned in advance: bridal party from one address, family from another, a photo stop before the reception. Staggered pickups get their own times rather than being improvised on the morning.
One practical note that matters more than it should. Several venues in our area have real vehicle constraints — Long Grove's covered bridge has an eight-foot-six clearance that a Sprinter cannot clear, and Lincolnshire's residential streets carry a six-ton axle limit. We check the vehicle against the venue before confirming, not after.

How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?
Popular dates book out months ahead, so reaching out as soon as the date and venue are set is safest. That said, the general booking guidance still applies: twenty-four hours is our ideal minimum for any trip, and we can sometimes fill a late wedding request if a chauffeur is free.
Can you handle multiple stops — bridal party, family and the couple?
Yes. The full day's route including staggered pickups and a photo stop is planned in advance so nothing is worked out last minute.
What if the reception runs later than planned?
Wedding timelines shift and we build the evening with that in mind rather than a rigid cutoff. Extra time is billed at the published hourly rate, not a penalty.
Do you know the venue constraints around here?
We check them. Long Grove's covered bridge will not take a Sprinter at eight feet six. Lincolnshire limits residential streets to six tons an axle. We confirm the vehicle against the venue before the booking is final.
Is there a wedding surcharge?
No. Weddings are booked as hourly charter at the published rate with a three-hour minimum.
