Some occasions do not reduce to a single pickup and drop-off — a birthday with three stops across an evening, a group heading downtown, a day that has to bend around a plan that is still moving. Charter reserves the vehicle and chauffeur for a set window with the itinerary set by whoever is riding.
The same chauffeur stays with the group for the full booking, so a change of plan mid-evening is a conversation rather than a new reservation. An added stop is expected, not a disruption.
Rates are the published hourly figures with a three-hour minimum, and everything is inside them — gratuity, tolls, fuel. Extra time beyond the booking runs at the same hourly rate rather than a penalty.

Twenty-four hours before pickup is ideal and secures the vehicle class you want. Last-minute and same-day bookings are often possible when a chauffeur is available — call rather than fill in a form and you will have an answer immediately.
