Terms a Travel Manager Can Actually Approve
Invoiced Net-30 billing, a written on-time commitment, and one named contact. Across the forty-five chauffeur companies in this market, not one publishes any of the three.
A client's impression of a meeting often starts with the ride to it. Corporate work through Ad Astra is handled by the same small group of chauffeurs, to the same standard, with the same discretion — not by whoever a dispatcher assigns that morning.
For accounts we do the things a corporate travel manager actually asks about and that this market almost universally refuses to publish: invoiced Net-30 billing rather than a card at the kerb, a named contact who answers the phone, an on-time commitment in writing with a stated remedy, and certificates of insurance on request.
Barrington sits fifteen to twenty minutes from the Schaumburg corporate corridor — Zurich North America, Motorola Solutions, Paylocity, ADP, Wheels — and roughly nine miles from Chicago Executive Airport at Wheeling, which is the closer field for most inbound private aviation. Standing arrangements for recurring executive travel are set up directly.

Common Questions
Can we be invoiced rather than paying by card?
Yes. Approved corporate accounts are invoiced on Net-30 terms. This is standard for us and, remarkably, is published by no other operator we surveyed in this market.
What is your on-time commitment?
We commit to the pickup time agreed at booking. If we are late through a fault of ours, the trip is adjusted or credited — the terms are set out in writing when the account is opened, not left vague.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes, on request, along with chauffeur licensing details. Venues and corporate procurement teams frequently need them and we keep them to hand.
Can you set up a standing account for regular trips?
Yes — recurring pickups, a standing weekly schedule or an on-call arrangement. Where scheduling allows, the same chauffeur is assigned each time.
How discreet is corporate transportation?
What is discussed in the car stays in the car. It is a condition of the role rather than a service upgrade, and it applies to every one of our chauffeurs.
Tell Us the Date
Twenty-four hours ahead is ideal; last-minute is often possible when a chauffeur is free.
