Requested Extras

Three things sit outside the flat rate. All three are listed here rather than discovered at the end — a published extra is not a hidden fee.

  • Inside meet & greet — chauffeur waiting inside on foot with your name, rather than at the vehicle. $40. Worth it on an international arrival or when someone is travelling alone. Rideshare cannot do this at either airport.
  • Child seats — infant, convertible or booster, requested when you book. $40 per seat. Fitting is done by the parent, which is both the industry norm and the safer arrangement.
  • Special-event parking — ordinary parking is in the rate. Event parking is priced by the venue and unpredictable, so it is quoted separately and confirmed before you book, never afterwards.
  • Late-hour pickups — between 11:00pm and 5:00am, $40. One supplement, published, applied the same way every time. There is no surge pricing and no holiday premium.

Common Questions

Is the published rate really the final price?

Yes. Gratuity, tolls, airport fees, parking and flight tracking are all inside the number. Nothing is invented afterwards, and there is no surge pricing at any hour or on any date.

What is the hourly minimum?

Three hours for charter bookings. Point-to-point transfers have no minimum — they are quoted at the flat rate for the run.

What if my trip is not on the rate table?

Call or send the pickup and destination and we will quote a flat rate for it. We serve all of Chicagoland, so most trips are simply not listed rather than unavailable.

Do you charge extra for a late-night or holiday pickup?

No. A 3:00am departure on Christmas morning costs what the table says. This is the single most common hidden charge in this industry and we do not levy it.

How do you handle waiting time?

Airport arrivals include sixty minutes of complimentary wait on domestic flights and ninety on international, tracked against your actual landing time rather than the schedule. Beyond that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate in fifteen-minute increments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel a sedan or SUV booking at least four hours before pickup and there is no charge. Sprinters need forty-eight hours. Weddings, events and multi-day bookings need seven days. Inside those windows the charge is half the fare, and a no-show is charged in full.
